There is compelling data that Alzheimer's is deeply influenced by simple lifestyle choices that we make every day (i.e. what we eat, how often we exercise, quality of our sleep and how we respond to stress). Dr. Patel will share the impact our lifestyle choices have on the development of dementia.

February Virtual Community Meal

We are taking our community events virtual! We know it is very different from our usual in-person meals, but we have missed you all and hope you will join us for food and fellowship.

Participants will chose their favorite, go-to recipe during the past year and email it to us so we can compile a list of everyone's recipes and distribute prior to the event. During the event, each participant will talk about their recipe and answer any questions the group has. Email meals@ourhealthycity.com to register and receive the virtual event link.
