The theme for July’s cooking demonstration is children can cook!

Attendees will learn how to involve their children in the kitchen in preparing plant-based meals using whole food ingredients. Bring your children and let's have some fun!

This plant-based cooking demonstration is sponsored by the Community Wellness Project. However, sign up is still required. Please also select the child's ticket for each of your children so we know how many people to expect. The kitchen can only accommodate 25 people total.
