RECIPES FROM THE EVENT
Nut Butter Brownies (Recipe was also printed in the program)
1/2 cup dates
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup walnuts (chopped or whole)
In a food processor, blend dates and raisins until creamy. Add coconut and walnuts and process until combined.
